Wonderland Collection

Inspired by Oxford the city where Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland was first imagined, Wonderland Collection is Kaffirost’s exploration into experimental and limited release coffees with unexpected flavour expression.

This rotating series brings together rare single origin coffees, co-ferments and boundary-pushing processing methods selected for their individuality, structure and sensory depth.

Designed for espresso and filter brewing, each release explores coffees where flavour bends expectations while remaining refined, intentional and expressive in the cup.
