Shipping policy

Regular Delivery

All Kaffirost coffees are roasted in Oxford, United Kingdom.

To ensure freshness and consistency, online orders are currently roasted on Fridays and dispatched on Saturday mornings.

Orders placed after Friday may be included in the following week’s roast and dispatch cycle.

Royal Mail parcel service as standard. Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. For orders which contain brew gear, we will aim to have these goods with you within 2-3 working days of you placing your order, as some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, which can take a little longer to arrive.
Postage is worked out by spend, delivery type and/or weight.

United Kingdom & Channel Islands

Complimentary standard UK delivery is available on orders over £45.

For customers requiring a faster delivery service, tracked 24-hour and 48-hour shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control.

We recommend that you email us hello@kaffirost.com to make sure we can ship on a next-day service if you are placing your order after the 11 am cut-off.

Returns

Our standard trade terms apply, however, any coffees ordered that have been selected as a ground option cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
